    Remarks: 
    The sculpture cost $30,000 and was originally located on the Riverfront Parkway just south of the Barnwell Garden and Art Center, next to the Observatory. It was originally placed on an all brick circular base/foundation, before being moved to its current site in 1994. Patrick C. Moore, landscape architect, assisted in the relocation. IAS files contain related articles from the Shreveport Journal, Aug. 8, 1983, pg. 3A; the Shreveport Times, Oct. 22, 1983, pg. 16A; and the Atlanta Journal, May 15, 1983.
