    Description: 
    Sculptural elements incorporated into the facade of the building include the symbols of the Ages of Man; the Four Continents; the Labors of Man; the Universe; and the Virtues. These elements are fabricated from metal, stone, cast bronze, and mosaic. Two large figures are: Fidelitas, a male father figure holding a spade in his proper right hand is located on the northwest side of the entrance; and Frugalitas, a female figure holding a child in her proper left arm is located on the southeast side of the entrance. Together they represent the family.
