Inscription:  unsigned Description:  A column-like fountain with a small water basin at the top. Around the bottom of the fountain is an octopus. A fish swim nears the top through blades of sea grass. On top, on the basin, is bird about to take flight. The fountain is surrounded by a circular basin-like foundation through which water drains.
