THIS MONUMENT TO THOMAS JEFFERSON WAS PRESENTED TO THE PEOPLE (On Jefferson's scroll:) Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776 (On tablet held by allegorical figure of religious freedom:) Religious Freedom of 1776 God, Jehovah, Brahma, Atma Ra Alla Zeus. signed Founder's mark appears.
    Description: 
    Portrait of Thomas Jefferson standing on top of a replica of the "Liberty Bell" before it was cracked. Placed at intervals around the bell are four winged, allegorical figures: at the front is Liberty, at the back is Justice, on Jefferson's proper right is Human Freedom, and on Jefferson's proper left is Religious Freedom. Religious Freedom holds a tablet, and Jefferson holds a scroll which represents the Declaration of Independence.
