    Description: 
    Two bronze eagles, and two cast stone medallions of eagles. Each of the bronze eagles are inset in grill above entrance doors. The bronze eagles have wings spread and heads turned to the proper right. The large cast stone medallions are located above the Spring Street entrance doors at about the 4th floor level. Each medallion consists of an eagle clasping a branch. The eagle on the proper left faces the proper left, and the eagle on the proper right faces the proper right.
