    Description: 
    Bust of a saluting soldier stands on an irregularly shaped base. The figure is seen from the torso up, wearing a simple uniform shirt and a peaked hat. His proper right hand is raised to his forehead in a salute. The base is roughly columnic and tapers at the top. Several asymmetrical forms are carved around the base. The stone base rests on a concrete pad of pink-hued concrete.
