    Description: 
    A seated female figure representing justice. She wears full length robes, sandals, and a blindfold. She holds a shallow bowl in each of her hands. A sword is positioned on her proper right side, between her forearm and thigh. On her head is a wreath of fig leaves. On the sides of her throne are reliefs of swords with balances on them. On the back of her throne is a Tennessee state seal. The sculpture rests on a rectangular limestone base.
