Inscription:  (Back of upper base, right corner:) Massey Rhind/Sculptor (Front center of lower base:) AUTHORITY signed Description:  A seated male figure representing authority. The man is wears a Roman style tunic with a skirt and epaulets, a laurel wreath on his head and calf-high sandals. He is seated on a throne which is covered by a cloth. The throne has seal on the back. On either side of the back of the throne is a winged lion. Between the lions is a female face. The male figure rests on a narrow stone base which rests on a taller concrete base.
