    Description: 
    A seated female figure carved from a solid piece of marble. The figure, an allegorical representation of Liberty, wears a long draped dress and a ribbon in her shoulder-length hair. At her feet, on her proper left side, is a representation of the Liberty Bell. Her proper right hand is raised to her chest and holds a plant or flower. Her proper left arm rests on an arm of the chair. The chair has an eagle on either side of the top of the chair. There are reliefs on the sides and back of the chair. The sculpture rests on a concrete base.
