    Description: 
    A nude woman spearing fish. She is upside-down, balancing on her proper right arm atop a stack of three flat fish. In her proper left hand, she holds a spear, tip-side down. The sculpture is bolted to a concrete tapered base, set within a reflecting pool.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was formerly in the collection of Mr. & Mrs. Nathan Cummings (Charlevoix, Michigan), who owned it for 14 years, before donating it in August 1968. Plaque on rocks adjacent to pool: ABBOTT PATTISION/1916- /WOMAN WITH FISH/A GIFT OF MR. & MRS. NATHAN CUMMINGS. IAS files contain related materials from the Scottsdale Cultural Council's files. The sculpture was reworked in 1991.
