Catherine Graham Ramsey (Mrs. Andrew Ramsey) was born in 1776, the daughter of Richard Graham of Dumphries and his wife Jane Brent. In 1795 she married Andrew Ramsey, Esq. of Alexandria, Virginia. The couple resided in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Ramsey died in Dec. 1844.
