    Description: 
    A male Native American, kneeling with his proper left arm raised in a fist and his proper right arm bent and raised away from his body. His head is thrown back and he looks toward the sky. He wears an elaborate feather headdress, ear ornaments, loin cloth, calf bands, and sandals. The sculpture represents an Aztec cursing the conquest of his people. It rests on a concrete base with inset tiles.

    This sculpture is a copy after the original which is in Mexico. The land was formerly owned by Dr. Aureliano Urrutia who sold it to USAA in 1962. The site, now named Pioneer Park, has been known as Urrutia Park and as the Mira Flores Park Site.
