Inscription:  (On the end of each dolphin:) (Artist's monogram) Barger 1971 signed Description:  Three dolphins made of curved strips of metal spaced about a half an inch apart at the front end and tapering closer together toward the tail end to form a closed shape. The dolphins swim in unison and are positioned one above the other on the exterior wall of the Shelly building.
