    Description: 
    A short granite obelisk adorned on the front with a relief carving depicting crossed rifles, a canteen, a pack and a bedroll, and a soldier's cap. Drapery covers the top of the obelisk. The back of the obelisk is adorned with a shield, oak leaves, and a ribbon inscribed with OUI TRANSTULIT SUSTINET.
