Description:
A rough-hewn, granite obelisk is adorned on the front with a relief of St. Andrew carrying a cross. He is barefoot and barechested, wearing robes. On the sides of the obelisk are iron decorations of thistles curving around a banner. The obelisk is mounted upon a smooth-finished, square, two-tiered base, surrounded by granite pavers, with a walkway in front.

. The design was suggested by the Agnes Rae Memorial Cairn at Grandfather Mountain, North Carolina. The iron emblems were taken from the St. Andrews Cemetery lot in Laurel Grove Cemetery.
