The fireman wears a uniform, hat and boots. He holds the girl against his chest; her arms are wrapped around his neck and her legs dangle at his waist. The girl wears a shirt, pants and sneakers. The stone sculpture stands atop a square stone base, the edges of which are rough-hewn.
