"Balance is composed of three pieces of Cor-Ten steel: a 3 ft. 11 in. I-beam, a 3 ft. 6 in. tall flat piece shaped like the head of a wrench, and a 3 ft. 10 in. diameter flat ring. The beam supports the wrench-head component; the ring, the topmost piece, is in turn attached to and perpendicular in plane to the wrench head."
