A bridge whose fenced portion has twenty-five colorful ethnic motifs to represent each ethnic group of the Northeast neighborhood.

Arts Commission Gateways Project by the Commission and the Northeast neighborhoods of Beltrame, Holland, Logan, Northeast Park and St. Anthony East. Relief motifs were contributed by the members of the Northeast Community. The cost was $40,000. The paint was applied by C. D. Systems of St. Paul.
