    Police officer stands in uniform and hat with his proper right hand on his holster and his proper left hand holding his jacket above his belt. He is atop a base with a plaque.

    Remarks: 
    A memorial to the deceased members of the Jersey City Police Department. Originally located at Bayview Cemetery, Jersey City, where it was twice stolen and dismembered in 1961 and 1976. After the second theft, Giacomantonio and Jersey City welder Kelly Hoskins volunteered their services for the figure's restoration. After the restoration, it was moved to its current location behind City Hall. The figure was improperly repaired with iron.
