    Description: 
    A railroader stands wearing overalls, shoes, a shirt, and a hat. He holds a watch before him in his proper left hand and swings a lantern above his head with his proper right hand. He stands on a base shaped like a pyramid with a flattened top. The front of the base has an inscribed plaque.
