Description:
A soldier, dressed in uniform, is mounted astride his horse holding a bugle up to his mouth with his proper right hand. In his proper left hand, he holds the horse's reins. On the back of his saddle is a bedroll. The horse is rearing slightly and its left front hoof is raised.
