Description:
Three figures atop a circular base of polished granite. Two male soldiers and one female nurse dressed in military clothing. One male figure is standing holding in his proper right hand, a machine gun that hangs down at his side. In his proper left hand he holds the receiver to a radio, which is raised almost to his mouth. A canteen is strapped to his proper left hip and another pack is on his proper right hip. He is wearing a jacket/vest and combat boots. The nurse is standing. In her proper right hand, she holds a wrap of bandages and reaches out to the proper right hand of a kneeling soldier. With her proper left hand, she reaches into her pocket for a pair of of scissors. The kneeling soldier holds a machine gun in his proper left hand. He wears a helmet and a canteen rests on his proper right hip.
