project at a cost of $20,000 (project BR-938). IAS files contain sculpture proposal budget and related construction schedules. The sculpture was created by Linda Howard. Richard Murray, Ramon Garcia, and Bonnie Durian served as welders and assistants. Harry Hodson was the structural engineer.
