Description:
Caspar Collins astride a Morgan horse rearing on its hind legs. He wears the uniform of a cavalry officer, including boots, gloves, and a hat. A holster hangs by his proper right hip and a sword from his proper left hip. He holds a pistol in his proper right hand and has another pistol tucked into his proper left boot. He holds the horse's reins in his proper left hand. The horse stands atop a round, sloping base.
