(On plaque on edge of pool:) This water sculpture was/presented to the/City of Racine by/Mrs. Herbert F. Johnson/in 1972/Designed by/Oliver Andrews.

The sculpture is composed of two rectangular sheets of metal installed vertically in the center of an oblong pool of water. One of the metal forms is elevated slightly and water sprays from beneath into the pool. Water also runs down the surfaces of both metal forms.
