The center female is dressed in long robes and stands by a vase which is overflowing with fruits. She extends her proper right hand which holds several coins in a gesture of giving. She is flanked by two female figures bearing cornucopias. The figures are separated by an eagle with it wings spread. The figures representing "Prosperity" are placed opposite "Faith" (see IAS record WI000332). The other groupings are Knowledge (WI000445) and Strength (WI00446). The architect for the state capitol was George B. Post & Sons. The sculptural decoration was designed by Karl Bitter. John Grignola was the carving supervisor of an Italian crew for the project.
