Description:
An abstract U or ellliptical-shaped
sculpture
. The lower portions of the piece are flowing curves. The piece varies in width as it moves upward. The upper ends flair out and form geometric triangles and rectangles. The outer surfaces are a matte finish, while the interior surfaces are shiny. The
sculpture
is built to be flexible and move in the wind. The lower portion of the
sculpture
rests on the base and water flows from beneath the piece over the sides of the base into a reflecting pool. The base is an amber-colored tapered pedestal, positioned on a diagonal in the pool.
