    Description: 
    A seated figure of a nude male. His legs are folded and he is bent over an open book which rests on his lap. He holds the corner of a page of the book in his proper right hand, as if about to turn the page. His proper left arm is bent and his head rests in his proper left hand. The surface of the sculpture is highly textured. The sculpture rests on a rectangular brick and mortar base, flanked by two benches.
