Two open stainless steel rectangles are attached with bearings to a U-shaped stainless steel support mounted on a stainless steel shaft supported in a steel plinth base. The rectangles demonstrate a complex rotary motion called yaw, which has two components - pitch and roll. The rectangle moves in the wind on bearings set at 45 degree angles, defining a 90 degree range of motion.
