IAS files contain transcript of interview with artist, Nov. 21, 1992; and design information provided by T. J. Boyle and Associates. Paul Aschenbach was the primary artist working with Bill Ford, Terry Dinan, John Wittenberg, Bob Vesely and students from the University of
Vermont
. T. J. Boyle and Associates were the landscape architects for the park. Funding was provided by a National Endowment for the Arts, Art in Public Places grant of $3,000 given in 1974 to the University of
Vermont
, with matching funds raised by the congregation of St. Paul's Cathedral, the Episcopal Church, and other local and business community members.
