A concrete bas-relief
sculpture
, composed of 41 panels. Five basic patterns repeat throughout the panels, differing in design elements, composition and size. The theme is aquatic, with depictions of sea life, including whales, squid, octopuses, schools of fish, and coral shells. Thick, wavy crisscrossing lines recede into the background of the panels

Aqua Festival. IAS files contain a fundraising brochure for the Zilker Park Playscape. The Park Playscape was built with private funds. Jill Bedgood was the artist-in-charge; Carolyn Kelly and Phil Puzick, landscape architects in charge of the overall design. T. Paul Hernandez assisted in casting the concrete panels.
