An abstract sculpture made up of cast concrete units suspended in a structure of welded steel bars. The concrete units do not touch the ground. They are in the shape of long bars.

This sculpture was built in four days for the "Artistic Harmonic Convergence" in 1989. It appeared in the exhibition catalog for the Walters State Community College Sculpture Tour '89. The artist, Dennis Peacock, completed the Save Outdoor Sculpture survey in 1992, although the on-site conditions assessment was not made at this time.
