    Description: 
    Full-length figure of William G. "Bill" Skelly stands on a square base in front of an exedra. The figures wears a three-piece suit, tie, watch chain, cuffed trousers and glasses. His proper left hand is in his coat pocket and his proper right thumb is hooked into the watch pocket of his vest.
