    Description: 
    Vase is comprised of a round bowl with ornate handles and a stem with cranes. The edge of the bowl is trimmed with leaves and the handles have a leafy flared top and bottom. The vase is used as a planter.

    Remarks: 
    It is believed that G.A. Boeckling, original developer of the Point, purchased this vase from the World's Columbian Exposition, held in Chicago in 1893. The vase has had several locations at Cedar Point. IAS files contain excerpt from a J. W. Fiske catalog, entry no. 202, "Shield and Leaf Vase, With Handles on Crane Pedestal."
