    An engraved full-length relief portrait of M. E. "Jack" Sensenbrenner, founder and mayor of Columbus. He is walking, with his proper right hand outstretched in a friendly greeting. His proper left hand is in his pocket, reaching for an American flag pin that he often gave out. A portion of an American flag appears above Sensenbrenner.
