Dimensions:  Sculpture: approx. 108 x 48 x 48 in.; Base: approx. H. 67 in. x Diam. 48 in. (600-700 lbs.). Inscription:  Stan Johnson (Top of base:) Presented to the University of North Dakota by Paul J. Bridston March 23, 1983 made by Stan Johnson signed Description:  Male hockey player, in full school team uniform (V-neck shirt with Indian head mascot on chest, shorts, knee-high socks, hockey gloves and ice skates). His proper left leg is forward and bent at the knee. Proper right leg is also bent, and pushed back a bit. Both hands hold onto a hockey stick, with a puck on the "ice" in front of it, as if he is pushing it with the stick. The circular base is a cage of steel parallel hockey sticks.
