Description:
Bronze plaque with low relief
sculpture
mounted on a granite pedestal. The relief shows a woman lighting a cannon. She is dressed in 18th century clothing. Near the top of the pedestal is a medallion with thirteen stars and an inscription.

Remarks:
Corbin was originally buried in Buttermilk Falls, now known as Highland Falls, N.Y., on the former J. P. Morgan estate. A nearby circular marker is inscribed: Children of the Revolution. IAS files contain a copy of the HABS/HAER inventory of the National Park Service.
