    IAS files contain an Art Commission of the City of New York Work of Art form which notes that final approval for the sculpture was given on January 13, 1985. Cost for the sculpture was $18,000. Sculpture was fabricated before the playground was finished so initially the sculpture was sited in a temporary location.
