Description:
The Tower of Victory is a huge stone structure adorned on each corner with bronze figures representing the four branches of the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War. On the northeast corner of the tower stands the Rifleman. He is dressed in a hunting shirt, leggings, and a fur hat. In his proper left hand he holds a flint lock musket. A powder horn hangs from a strap across his chest.
