    Description: 
    Winged female figure standing on her proper left foot holding a sword upward. There is a shield attached to her proper left forearm and she is cradling a large feathered of scaled object. Nearby, on both the right and the left side of the sculpture are benches. On back of the statue there is a depiction of the Liberty Bell and the engraved names of those who died.
