A large multicolored mural divided into two halves on the upper side of the building. The mural depicts a desert landscape that begins on the left side and continues on the right. The left mural consists of a lightning bolt striking a hill with mountains and the sun shining in the background. Horses in a decorative format are placed below the landscape. The right mural consists of four birds descending to earth in one of the sun's rays, a mountain and a rolling hill are set in the background. Horses in a decorative format line the lower section of the mural.
