Memorial consists of three columns; the two outer columns are square, the inner column is rectangular. The columns are capped by a horizontal stone beam. On the front face of the beam are four bas-relief insignias. On the front face of the center column is a bas-relief of an eagle. The eagle's wings are outspread and its head is turned to the proper right. The memorial stands on a low stone base. The outer edges of the base are rough-hewn.
