A large reinforced concrete salmon-colored arched gateway with two concrete side panels and two granite columns. Inlaid hi-fired ceramic tiles, inset in the tops of the arches and on the side panels, depict animals native to

Animals depicted include a red-tailed hawk with a snake in its talons, a loon, swan, great blue heron, woodcock, crow, blue jay, robin, purple finch, mallard duck, owl, pheasant, mourning dove, woodpecker, cardinal, king fisher, cormorant, herring gull, and a frog. The flanking side panels, also salmon-colored, have identical cobalt blue reliefs depicting other images of
