Standpipe. Metal structure bolted on concrete base. Supports are painted black and tank is painted white with text: FALTER PARK/

. It is surrounded by four concrete pedestals that were the original footings to the original standpipe. Base of

is designed as bench 17 in. high and wraps around all four sides of the base."
