MANY OF HIS PAINTINGS/WERE INFLUENCED BY HIS VIEW FROM THE ORIGINAL/FALLS CITY STANDPIPE LOCATED ON THIS SITE. THE/FOUR ADJACENT CEMENT PLATFORMS ARE THE/LOCATIONS OF THE ORIGINAL FOOTINGS.     Description: 
    "Miniature replica of original Falls City Standpipe. Metal structure bolted on concrete base. Supports are painted black and tank is painted white with text: FALTER PARK/FALLS CITY. It is surrounded by four concrete pedestals that were the original footings to the original standpipe. Base of sculpture is designed as bench 17 in. high and wraps around all four sides of the base."
