Northwestern Terra Cotta Company had the contract to enlarge the reliefs and John Sand was the sculptor who did the enlargement of the models for the reliefs. IAS files contain excerpts from the Lee Lawrie Papers at the Library of Congress, Manuscript Division, showing the inventory listing prepared by Lee and his wife Millie Lawrie, two photographs of the installed relief, and a short paragraph written by Lawrie.
