    Remarks:
Leo Daly, the architect who designed all the buildings at Boys Town, invited sculptor Lee Lawrie to design the reliefs for the gymnasium fieldhouse, the auditorium, and the trade school. Northwestern Terra Cotta Company had the contract to enlarge the reliefs and John Sand was the sculptor who did the enlargement of the models for the reliefs. Additional information about the reliefs is available at Boys Town National Headquarters. IAS files contain excerpts from the Lee Lawrie Papers at the Library of Congress, Manuscript Division, showing a short paragraph written by Lawrie and the inventory listing prepared by Lee and his wife Millie Lawrie.
