    Description: 
    Half of a boiler, cut lengthwise in half, mounted vertically on a concrete base. An axle runs up the center of the concave side. Mounted atop of the axle, on the convex side, is the other half of the boiler. The half mounted horizontally on top of the axle spins according to the wind velocity.
