    Description: 
    A granite obelisk, of Egyptian-revival style with a matching Egyptian-revival base, both with hand carving. Bolted to the east face of the obelisk is an oval, marble, hand-carved portrait of Bem Price. He is seen with beard and moustache. He wears a suit coat and is turned slightly to the proper left.

    Remarks: 
    According to the Save Outdoor Sculpture survey, the obelisk and base were fabricated ca. 1930s. The relief portrait may possibly pre-date the rest of the monument, as it appears to date earlier, from the turn of the century.
