Inscription:  (Metal plaque on front of base, raised:) THIS MEMORIAL FOUNTAIN/HAS BEEN DONATED TO THE/OCEAN SPRINGS HOSPITAL/BY THE/HOSPITAL AUXILIARY/1987 Sculpture is a tree stump with magnolia blossoms, leaves, and a large eagle with outstretched wings. unsigned Description:  Fountain featuring a magnolia tree trunk with a few blooms. A small bird is emerging from a hole near the top of the trunk. An osprey with outstretched wings rests on a branch of the tree. Water pours out of the branch and the osprey's proper right wing into the basin the trunk sits in. Reedy grasses sprout near the trunk.
