    Description: 
    A fountain with multiple cascades (representing the many streams and waterfalls that flow into Lake Superior); stepping stones (which recall the rhythm of walking rock-to-rock up those streams), platforms with, on either side, two light beacons (referencing the maritime and drawing their source from handheld beacons and the Duluth Lift Bridge), a central fantastical figure named Wildcat Dreaming, surrounded by sturgeon with water jetting from their mouths.
